Brandon Development Foundation
Information on industrial development in the City of Brandon is provided by the Brandon Development Foundation. The Foundation consists of volunteers that are interested in providing economic development services for new and existing businesses that are interested in locating or expanding in Brandon. The Foundation is run by a Board of Directors consisting of nine local business people.

A unique partnership has been formed between Sioux Falls and the two counties in which the city lies. Through this partnership, the Lincoln County Economic Development Association (LCEDA) and the Minnehaha County Economic Development Association (MCEDA) were formed and their economic development efforts became tied to that of Sioux Falls, recognizing that development which benefits the smaller communities will also benefit Sioux Falls, and vice versa. The LCEDA & MCEDA Executive Director works side-by-side with the Sioux Falls Development Foundation staff to create a strong regional economy.

The South Dakota Retailers Association is a 3,600-member statewide business organization, based in Pierre, South Dakota. SDRA represents the interests of retail businesses who sell retail products and services throughout the state of South Dakota.
