The Sports and Recreation Committee brings tournaments and events to Brandon. Much of this is done through efforts to improve communications with existing sports and recreation groups. The committee tracks existing events and offers assistance and encouragement for groups to bid on tournaments and other events.

Attracting tournaments to our community is important because participants shop at Brandon businesses while visiting.
